Biesmans' has released on labels such as Water Gate and Sincopat, his modular synthesiser based production has allowed him to carve out his own niche in the global dance music scene, he gives a snapshot of some of his influences and original work on this weeks show.

Disco music is black music. House music is black music. As the genre morphs it’s easy to under-appreciate the very foundation and founders of the music. They gave us this gift and we are still enjoying that gift today. The music we love and champion at Future Disco is intrinsically linked and inspired by disco music, for us it’s crucial not to ever forget the history, not only because the music was seminal but because of what it represented culturally. It was a music born out of inclusion and acceptance - experimentation and unity. Values we continue to hold in everything we do. We create community.
This show is about celebrating new black artists as well as a mix from Sean Brosnan on black music inspirations.
